This recipe comes from the label on a 40 oz can of Dinty Moore beef stew.
Ingredients
3 cups uncooked rotini noodles
1 (10.5 oz) can ready-to-serve cream of mushroom low sodium soup *
1 (40 oz) can DINTY MOORE Beef Stew
1/3 cup sour cream
In slow cooker combine noodles with soup. Pour beef stew over the noodles. Cover and heat on HIGH for 2 hours. Add sour cream and gently stir until well combined. Serves 4-6.
*If using condensed cream of mushroom soup, add 1/4 cup water to the soup and noodles.
I tried this recipe using regular condensed cream of mushroom soup and mini fusili noodles in place of rotini. The noodles cooked very nicely (not too hard, not too soft), and all in all it was a very easy recipe. Not one of the more amazing tastes I've encountered, but definitely palatable.
